Bacon S’more Pies
Chef Alexa came up with this recipe combining three of her favorite things: bacon, chocolate, and marshmallow fluff. Serve them as a fun dessert at your next party.
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
6 slices Bacon
1 Egg White
12 premade Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
21 ounces premade Chocolate Pudding
1 jar 240sweet Marshmallow Whip
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cayenne pepper.
Place individual bacon strips across baking rack (atop a baking pan). Pat sugar/cayenne mixture on top of bacon. Bake 20 minutes (or until crispy).
Whip egg white until fluffy. Brush crusts with egg whites. Place on baking sheet and put in oven for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
When bacon is finished, let cool to room temperature.
Into each crust, spoon an equal amount of pudding. Top each with a dollop of 240sweet Marshmallow Whip.
Break each piece of bacon in half. Place atop pies.
Sprinkle each pie with cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy!
